Passport Validity Extension

Eligible:

  •  Extension must not have been made more than twice
  •  If passport is not eligible for extension, holder could request for Emergency Travel Document from  Cambodian Embassy to travel back to Cambodia to have a new passport.

  • However, during COVID-19 pandemic holder could request a letter from Embassy to authorize a sibling in Cambodia to process a new passport on his/her own behalf​

Note: New passport (10-year validity for adult and 5 years for child) shall not be extended.

Requirement:

  1.  Visa application form​ (Download Here)
  2.  Original Cambodian passport
  3.  No Fee
  4.  2 to 3 working days of processing time
  5.  Prepaid return (express) envelop
        - (Express) return envelope with a tracking number is recommended.

*** For Australian residence please use 

§  Express post envelope (Yellow Envelope) with tracking number.

§  (Shipped back) Applicant need to provide a self-address prepaid Express Envelope and be sure to retain tracking number. ​

*** For New Zealand or outside Australia Visa applicant

§  Kindly send it through DHL

§  Provide (shipped-back) prepaid return envelope that billed to your DHL account or credit card

§  DHL waybill slip
