On 29 April 2023, Ambassador CHEUNBORAN Chanborey and officials at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Canberra attended the annual International Day at the Australian War College where students from 25 countries, including Cambodia, showcased their national products and food.

On 29 April 2023, the Cambodian community in Canberra organised a gala dinner to celebrate the Khmer New Year 2023, showcasing Khmer culture and tradition. Special thanks to Ms. Sokhom Perrott, the President of the Cambodian Association in Canberra and her team for organising this auspicious event.

In the evening of 28 March 2023, Ambassador CHEUNBORAN Chanborey and Mr. LIM Sambath, Counselor of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Canberra, attended a networking dinner hosted by Ambassador Andreas Faulkner, Executive Director of the DFAT Diplomacy Academy, in honour of a Cambodian delegation led by H.E. Mr. CHEUY Vichet, President of National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR).

'-On the evening of 14 February 2023, His Excellency Cheunboran Chanborey, along with his family, arrived in Canberra for the role as the new Cambodian Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand, who were welcomed by Embassy officials, military cadets, students and youth team at Canberra Airport, Australia.

On July 5, 2022, H.E. Ambassador met with Mr. Karl Krautler, Chef of Commonwealth Club and gifted the Cooking Book " The Taste of Angkor" as souvenir for him to study about Khmer food for the future events.

On 22 March 2023, H.E. Dr. CHEUNBORAN Chanborey, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Australia, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Sinchai Manivanh, Ambassador of Lao PDR to Australia at the Embassy of Laos in Canberra.

On 30 March 2023, H.E. Dr. CHEUNBORAN Chanborey, Ambassador of Cambodia to Australia, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. NGUYEN Tat Thanh, Ambassador of Viet Nam to Australia at the Embassy of Viet Nam in Canberra.

On 28th April 2023, the Association of Spouses of Head of Mission (ASHOM) organised a morning coffee to farewell the spouse of the Japanese Ambassador to Australia and welcome the spouse of new Heads of Mission in Canberra, including the spouse of Cambodian Ambassador.
